"It's an 18-club league and each club will play 34 matches, I think it's too early to pass judgement on Hearts of Oak," he told FOX FM. "I know it's hard for Hearts of Oak fans to accept the situation but once we have long league, there is more time and things will change. "The year 2020 is an action year with less talk, Hearts of Oak will be successful, I have no doubt about it," he added.
