BACOLOD CITY –– The Negrense Volunteers for Change (NVC) has sent the first batch of 28,000 Mingo meals to help feed some of the evacuees from the eruption of the Taal Volcano in Batangas. “Our first batch of 28,000 Mingo meals is already on the way. “We call on assistance for the Taal evacuees as emergency relief but it is more than just that. NVC had earlier also provided 170,000 Mingo meals to the victims of the recent earthquakes that hit Mindanao and 15,000 meals to the flood victims of Capiz.
