October 27, 2017 at 11:36 amThe Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has given special permits to nearly a thousand buses. This is so that bus companies can provide additional trips to passengers bound for the provinces for the All Saints' Day. The Board gave special permits to 948 provincial buses. 557 of the special permits were granted to buses taking special trips to Northern Luzon. On Monday, the LTFRB will begin the inspection of bus terminals.
