The family of late Nyeri Governor Nderitu Gachagua has organised a free medical camp at Railways Grounds in Karatina to mark his second anniversary. Gachagua died of pancreatic cancer on February 24, 2017, at the age of 64 at a London hospital. The organised free medical camp will be for screening prostate, breast and cervical cancer, the family said in an advert on Friday. The family said the camp will be open by 6 am and his memorial service be held at 1 pm on the same ground.
