Former Glee star Naya Rivera's cause of death has been ruled as an accident by the medical examiner's office. Ventura County Police department identified Naya's body on day six of the search. Now the full autopsy results show the star's death was an accident - one day after she was confirmed dead by authorities. At around 1pm that day Naya had rented a pontoon to take her young son out on the waters of the national park.
