"Be careful of those who spread radical ideologies," Modi told the Nairobi students in his address, pausing for effect, before targeting Pakistan. Nairobi, July 11: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today used an address to Kenyan students to target Pakistan's support for terrorism and criticise - obliquely - preacher Zakir Naik as his government battled the crisis in Kashmir. On Monday, Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif issued a statement calling the killings in Kashmir "deplorable". "We have seen statements from Pakistan on the situation in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir," foreign ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup said in Nairobi. Minutes after Swarup's statement, Pakistani foreign secretary Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry summoned Indian high commissioner in Islamabad, Gautam Bambawale, to register "protest" against the killings in Kashmir.
