But as the questioning wore on, the investigators' tone became increasingly hostile, Wilson told CNN. "They break down your will power to start with, and get you to the point where you are willing to say anything to get out of the room," Wilson told CNN. "Had we heard this evidence during the trial, we would not have convicted Eric Wilson of rape," the letter read. In the short-term, though, the Navy veteran said he is grateful for the chance at a new start.
