The Navy is expected to decide Wednesday whether three SEALs associated with the case of Chief Petty Officer Edward Gallagher should face a review board that could determine whether they remain members of the elite group, defense officials said. President Trump on Sunday ordered that Chief Gallagher remain a member of the SEALs, but didn’t make a determination on three other SEALs, leading Defense Secretary Mark Esper to tell the Navy to “come back to me with a recommendation” on the remaining cases.
