Goats have been used as Navy mascots since 1893. Bill XXXV and Bill XXXVI, his twin brother, were donated by Navy fans James and Tracy Ross from Harper, Tex. For a fun look at the mascots, the Annapolis Capital Gazette chronicled Bill XXXV and Bill XXXVI as they prepared for the 2015 Army-Navy football game.
