An Administration police officer shot and killed his wife in Navakholo, Kakamega county after a domestic quarrel. The officer took off after killing his wife who is a teacher at Navakholo secondary school. Kakamega county CID boss John Onyango confirmed the incident saying the officer remained at large. "We don't know how many bullets the officer may have discharged but police officers are at the scene," Onyango said. The body of the deceased was later moved to the Kakamega County Referral Hospital mortuary.
