Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael was arrested on a domestic violence charge in Texas in February but has been released. The reality TV star pleaded guilty to three charges: battery, trespassing and disorderly intoxication and was placed on a one-year probation. The couple was booked on 10 charges including criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a firearm and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Banks pleaded guilty and the judge dismissed the misdemeanor assault charge after she completed an anger management training course.
