Use a contrasting glaze to accent a flavorful cookie: matcha glaze on a chocolate-filled cookie, chocolate glaze on a gingersnap, or fruit glaze on a cream-filled sandwich cookie. Medium: They run off a spoon in a slow, thick stream and can be used to drizzle or dip cookies. In a cool, dry place, thin and medium glazes will set in about 1 hour (thicker glazes may take longer).
