(Frank Franklin II/AP)In less than 24 hours, the Washington Nationals will close their four-game series against the Cincinnati Reds with a Sunday matinee. Stephen Strasburg might or might not pitch Sunday. He then was a scratch his next two starts and played on the disabled list when the Nationals were in Milwaukee. The decision, Baker said, will depend on how Stephen Strasburg, on the 15-day disabled list since last Sunday with an upper back strain, feels when he reports to Nationals Park Sunday. Ross won’t have to face Reds slugger Joey Votto, who was a late scratch because of a sore right shoulder.
