Footage posted to the Northern Young Nats Facebook page showed the Tauranga MP jumping around onstage with other members of his party. Another said it was "pretty cool" to see Bridges strutting his movements. Louis Mayo poked fun at fellow National MP Paul Goldsmith "doing his usual role, hanging at the back trying not to be noticed".
