Collins this afternoon unveiled her caucus reshuffle of the party's 33 MPs, flanked by Woodhouse, new deputy leader Shane Reti and new number 5 Louise Upston. Collins today refused to discuss whether she offered Bridges finance and when she was asked by reporters why he didn't keep foreign affairs, Collins said: "These are decisions that I make". As well as finance, Woodhouse has been given transport and is deputy shadow leader of the House. Former National leader Simon Bridges was understood to have been keen on the finance portfolio.
