The Standing Committee made the decision to reconvene the 13th National People's Congress sessions, Xinhua reports. On the second day, the top legislator delivers the annual work report of the NPC Standing Committee. And on the third day, the president of the Supreme People's Court, delivers the annual work report. Annual sessions of the political advisors, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and the National People's Congress, the apex legislature, are called the "Two Sessions.''
