Source: UGCA three-judge bench sitting on Thursday, October 29, nullified the laws which were passed by the National Assembly without involving the Senate in the last two years. Others were the National (Amendment) Health Laws, Public Trustee Amendment Act, Building Surveyors Act, Tax Laws Act, The Kenya Coast Guard Service Act, Supplementary Appropriation Act, Equilisation Fund Appropriation Act, The Finance Act No 10 of 2018 and Capital Markets Act.
