The notice also clarified that completion of the transaction is subject to all required regulatory approvals in Kenya and other relevant jurisdictions. NMG’s board emphasized that shareholders and potential investors should review the notice and seek professional guidance before dealing in NMG shares. The completion of the Proposed Transaction is also subject to receipt of all required regulatory approvals customary in a transaction of this nature in all applicable jurisdictions,” stated NMG.
