Building Liberia, as I consider it, is a work in process because nation building is a continuous process. I am not arguing that other nations and organizations should not provide assistance to our nation building process. The Challenge of Building InstitutionsOne of the greatest challenges with respect to nation building is the building of institutions that are contributive to human capacity building and democratic governance. Liberia must take interest in building institutions upon which to advance the nation building process.
