Natalie Portman beamed at the premiere of her film Vox Lux in LA on Wednesday, after apologising to Jessica Simpson over comments made about a bikini snap of the virginal singer in 1999. Natalie (born Neta-Lee Hershlag) also sported a red manicure, diamond earrings, and black stilettos heels selected by stylist Stacey Kubasak Goschin. Interestingly enough, Natalie's Vox Lux character Celeste becomes a pop star in 1999, the same year Jessica did. Vox Lux writer-director Brady Corbet wore his best Blade Runner-style coat alongside his girlfriend since 2014 - Norwegian filmmaker Mona Lerche - who plays a mystery role in the flick. KISS singer-bassist Gene Simmons' children - Nick and Sophie - made the Vox Lux premiere a family affair in their respective suits.
