Court documents state Kemp has made unwelcome trips to the University of Southern California, including the area around her classes. “Thankful For Him Birthing You, Hopefully, We Can Birth Him… ‘Kobe,'” Kemp wrote. In the documents, Natalia claimed that Kemp’s “extreme, outrageous, and escalating behavior” had “seriously harassed, alarmed, and distressed” her. Kemp is required by the temporary restraining order to keep Natalia at least 200 yards away.
