Fruit juice chain Boost Juice Bars has concocted a curious new drink that will cure your cravings: the Nasi Lemak Smoothie. “We know you love Nasi Lemak so here it is, introducing the Nasi Lemak Smoothie,” it said in a post accompanied by a photo of a cup of a pastel green ice-blended drink. Boost Juice Bars added that the smoothie is made with freshly juiced cucumber, spinach, cooked rice, chilli flakes, coconut water, coconut milk, sorbet and ice. Very flavourful pandan and coconut notes and chilli aftertaste!” said Winson Chen.
