Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated the much delayed Hyderabad Metro Rail project , touted as the world's largest public-private partnership (PPP) in the sector. Modi along with Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao also traveled by the metro from Miyapur to Kukatpally. The 30-km-long first phase of the metro rail project between Miyapur and Nagole, having 24 stations, would be thrown open to the public from Wednesday.
