MANILA, Philippines—Anti-narcotics agents arrested two suspects and seized P2.89 million worth of crystal meth during a buy-bust operation in Maguindanao province on Friday morning (June 12). A report by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) identified the suspects as Kenny Pulalon and Fhai Pulalon.
