No breakthrough despite Rao Anwar being in police custodyThe police investigation says that PC Shakil Feroz replaced mobile SIMs after the incident. The Latif Town police station registered a case against 12 police officials — including Rao Anwar. It is to be noted that Rao Anwar had already filed a review petition against the Supreme Court’s order to re-constitute the JIT to probe the matter.
