Share TweetBy Chito ChavezThe National Police Commission (Napolcom) has approved the filling up of 765 promotional vacancies for police officers who hurdled the commission’s Special Qualifying Examinations conducted on August 7, 2016, July 30, 2017, and May 27, 2018. He said out of the 1,076 who passed the Napolcom special examinations, only 765 have satisfied all other requisites for regular promotion as validated by the PNP Directorate for Personnel and Records Management (DPRM). Casurao clarified the special quota promotion is intended exclusively for the 765 PNP uniformed personnel who passed the Napolcom Special Qualifying Examinations conducted for the last three years. “The Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Members of the PNP Promotion Board, including the Head and Members of the Secretariat, who shall fail to strictly observe and comply with the rules and regulations on the selection and appointment of PNP uniformed personnel shall be dealt with accordingly,” Casurao concluded.
