If Democrats take back the House next Tuesday, as they now appear likely to, it will be a stunning second act for Nancy Pelosi. Give the lady her due. A Democratic takeover would come despite Mrs. Pelosi’s dismal favorability ratings, which are so low they make Donald Trump look like Oprah. More telling still, victory would also mean Mrs. Pelosi’s Democrats had routed Republicans on two issues previously thought to play to GOP strengths: taxes and ObamaCare.
