A life resident of Hartford City, she was born January 7, 1949, the second child of Bill L. and Phoebe J. (Hudson) Tatman, Sr. and graduated from Hartford City High School, class of 1967. Nancy was easily the life of the party, always ready to laugh, joke or just sit by your side and listen. Services will be at 4:00 P.M. Thursday, December 21st in the Waters Funeral Home, 501 W. Washington St., Hartford City, with Brian C. Waters officiating.
