The Church founded in 1922 by first Prophet Jemisimiham Jehu-Appiah, a former Catechist at the Methodist Church, is holding its annual Peace Festival at its Gomoa headquarters. Guest of honour was Nana Akufo-Addo. The Festival by Musama Disco Christo Church to wit the Army of the Cross of Christ Church began on August 23 and expected to end on September 4. Madam Amoako-Atta, who is National Executive Committee Member and Head of Protocol, expressed gratitude to the NPP for the gesture.
