Health CAS Rashid Aman has confirmed that the mobile lab in Namanga is working effectively. "The mobile lab we took to Namanga is working with a turnaround time of five hours, the CAS said on Tuesday during a press briefing. "Our ability to succeed in dealing with this pandemic is in us working together," EAC CS Adan Mohammed said. The country on Tuesday recorded 62 new cases of Covid-19, raising the country's total number to 1,348. The total number of samples tested so far now stands at 64,264.
