Ly Hoang Nam starts 2018 with a win at the Hong Kong F6 Futures tournament. In the second round match he will face the winner of the match between qualifier Alberto Lim from the Philippines and Chinh Lam of the hosts. He was paired with Hong Kit Wong and lost 6-3, 2-6, 5-10 to Skyler Butt and Anthony Jackie Tang of the hosts. The Hong Kong tournament runs from January 1-6 with a total prize of US$15,000 up for grabs.
