By FRANCIS MUREITHIThe fight against coronavirus will be won if all leaders from the grassroots support the government’s campaign to stop the spread of the virus. To fight the virus, nominated Ward Representative Rose Karugi Njoroge from Dundori in Nakuru County, urged all the 23 nominated MCAs and their elected counterparts to take an active role in the fight against Covid-19 by sensitising the residents at the grassroots. She warned that the virus could grind the country to a halt if no efforts are taken to stop its spread. Ms Njoroge spoke on Monday when she distributed sanitisers, masks and conducted a sensitisation campaign among the small scale traders and boda-boda riders in Dundori. COVID-19 THREATThe nominated MCA said the virus is still spreading as more people are still being infected in the country.
