Nge'etich stated there was no proof to show Ngundo divorced Moraa who was his first wife before she got hitched to Mutinda. He thus had no capacity to conduct a second marriage to Mutinda under the Marriage Act,” the judge ruled as reported by Daily Nation. Moraa previously told the court she learnt Mutinda was secretly married to her husband through the obituary which was allegedly written by Ngundo's brother David Mboo. she told the court during the hearing of a succession case she filed. She produced a marriage certificate in court showing she got married to Ngundo on September 4, 1992.
