Natalie Madeleine said she saw a big crowd gathered in the city centre around 2pm on Sunday. She went to check if it was a medical emergency but instead saw a "butt naked, barefoot" child wandering the streets alone. Quick-thinking Natalie said she dressed the little boy in her jumper and then put him in her car while police arrived. "But then I saw the poor little boy and instantly checked whether he was hurt.
