Vancouver police hope the story of a man who broke into a home, stripped naked and began cooking eggs will encourage people to lock their doors. Police say a man walked into a home near Cambie Street and King Edward Avenue through a closed but unlocked door, around 8 p.m.Tuesday. They say the 35-year-old removed his shoes and all his clothing, took eggs out out of the refrigerator and began cooking, damaging the stove and microwave in the process. Officers arrested the suspect, still naked, a few blocks away and are recommending charges of mischief and break-and-enter. Vancouver police say it's not the first time they've arrested a naked man breaking into a home to cook eggs.
