PETALING JAYA: Former premier Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has sarcastically "congratulated" the Pakatan Harapan government over the downgrading of Petronas' outlook from stable to negative by Moody’s Investors Service. “This is when oil prices are said to be high and stable.
