PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak (pic) took to Facebook to sarcastically admit to "defaming" the government for imposing a 30 sen fuel tax. The former prime minister said that the recent price drop of 27 sen per litre for RON95 showed that the hidden fuel tax he had posted about last week was not 30 sen per litre but 29.81 sen per litre. "In the Finance Ministry statement a week ago, Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng accused me of defaming the government by claiming it had imposed a fuel tax of 30 sen per litre. It is 29.81 sen per litre, not 30 sen per litre. He added that the profit margin for diesel has been raised by 43% from 7 sen to 10 sen per litre.
