SEREMBAN: People will be able to access several government services at the same counter at the Negri Sembilan Urban Transformation Centre (UTC), said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. Najib said the UTC was unique to Malaysia, adding that no other country provided such services for its people. "The UTC is unique because it is open till late and on all days except public holidays," he said. Najib had announced the setting up of the Negri Sembilan UTC when tabling Budget 2015. The Negri Sembilan UTC has been operating since Nov 20.
