Bhadra GogoiDimapur: Nagaland's chief electoral officer has directed the district election administration and police to ensure that all political functionaries who have come from outside the constituency to campaign for the May 28 Nagaland parliamentary seat leave immediately after the campaign ends at 4pm on Saturday. CEO Abhijit Sinha said the curbs would not be applicable to a party office-bearer who is in charge of the state. But such office-bearers of political parties should declare their place of stay in the state headquarters and their movement during the specified period should remain confined between party office and place of stay.
