NZ's top farm consultants namedThree winners have been named in the 2016 Farmax Consultant of the Year Awards. The Farmax Consultant of the Year Awards, now in their fourth year, were open to agricultural consultants from around New Zealand. Most of his time is spent as a sheep and beef production consultant, working one-on-one with farm owners and managers around New Zealand. Cook was nominated for his leadership skills and innovative approach to managing parasites and drench resistance on the farm. Organisers broadened the criteria this year to include all rural professionals and this year's finalists included a polytechnic agricultural tutor and a rural banker.
