With New Zealand playing a multi-format series against Bangladesh starting from December 17, the T20I squad updated by the Kiwis had one surprising absence. ODI World Cup star Rachin Ravindra has not been included in the Black Caps’ 3-match T20I series against Bangladesh which is scheduled to begin from December 27. However, head coach Gary Stead later said that the youngster will have plenty of chances provided to him in the coming future. The NZ skipper will be captaining the side in the T20I series as well. The 1st T20I will be played in Napier while the other two matches will be played in Tauranga on December 29 and 31 respectively.
