Paul Robert Mora is wanted by Interpol. The 53-year-old is understood to be in New Zealand, where he has property in Christchurch. Property records show Mora also co-owns a property on in the Christchurch suburb of Scarborough. Frankfurt prosecutors, who are handling the investigation, said Mora has "many contacts abroad, including in New Zealand, Great Britain, Switzerland, Australia and Spain". The trial against Mora and other suspects before a court in Wiesbaden, Germany, is due to begin March 25.
