Craig Ervine resumed the fourth day on 115 and was the last first-innings wicket to fall " out to leg-spinner Ish Sodhi (4-60) for 146. New Zealand, which leads the two-test series 1-0, reached 6-0 at lunch in its second innings to lead by 226. New Zealand declared its first innings on 582-4 at Queens Sports Club after Tim Latham, Kane Williams and Ross Taylor all got centuries. Trent Boult accounted for Zimbabwe captain Graeme Cremer for eight while Neil Wagner removed Donald Tiripano (3) as the hosts added just 57 runs for four wickets.
