Hall is familiar with Wan’Dale Robinson, who is an impending free agent for the Giants, after a career year. Palmer, who was less accomplished than Robinson at the time, signed a three-year, $29 million contract with the Bills that included $18 million guaranteed. Even if Robinson is retained, the Giants need to add more help to the wide receiver room.
