During the vetting, Kindiki reported that his wealth increased from Sh544 million to Sh694 million between October 2022 and August 2024. “I don’t practice law, but my law firm is active and managed by others. Much of the revenue has come from my law firm, which remains operational. President William Ruto nominated Kindiki back to the Interior Ministry after dismissing his entire cabinet.
