38 arrested after Nacada night raids on Shisha dens in MombasaClose to 40 revellers were on Saturday night arrested by a multi-agency team and Nacada officials following raids in two residential homes in Nyali, a suburb in Mombasa. The National Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse, (Nacada) CEO Dr Anthony Omerikwa speaking during the night raid said the team conducted a sting operation in two Shisha dens in Nyali. We will make sure that alcohol and drug abuse is diminished in the country. There are criminal enterprises in Nyali and other places where young people are being inducted into alcohol and drug abuse, which must come to an end. As Nacada we will not relent until our society is free from Alcohol and Drug abuse,” Dr Omerikwa concluded.
