Meja has pointed an accusing finger to the passengers and motorists for failing to observe road safety rules leading to escalation of road carnage. The Director general of the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) Francis Meja has broken his silence after a spiral of road accidents across the country. He further blamed the motorists for giving bribes to traffic police to allow them drive without licenses and proper qualifications. They don't report on excess passengers in the vehicles and reckless driving which has deprived us our loved ones," said Meja. Six campus students died last Friday along Kirgoris Road and four others along Denderu Road.
