A Sydney truck driver has been charged with dangerous driving after the death of a Kiwi cyclist on the NSW-ACT border. The cyclist, a 49-year-old New Zealander, was allegedly hit by the truck on Saturday morning and died at the scene. The truck driver, 38, wasn't injured but was sent for mandatory testing. He was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death and negligent driving occasioning death. At a press conference yesterday, NSW Police's Inspector Sandy Green urged drivers to be careful when sharing the roads.
