Hayne's effort helped the Titans claim a line dropout before Taylor put Hurrell in for their second try, to see the home side draw level six minutes before halftime. With the Warriors ahead by six, Hayne's pass was intercepted by Warriors centre David Fusitu'a who was cut down short of the line by Hurrell, before Kata strolled over on the next play.
