MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police chief Gen. Archie Gamboa ordered the latest reshuffle in the police organization after National Police Training Institute (NPTI) Major Gen. Ramon Rafael retired on Friday. In a statement, PNP spokesperson Brig. Gen. Bernard Banac said Gamboa assigned former PNP Health Service (HS) chief Brig. Gen. Herminio Tadeo Jr. to the PNP Finance Service. Daway was the former chief of PNP Finance Service.
